<li>Instant Messaging: Engage directly with an available EX Coach in English or Spanish to seek advice, discuss stressors that threaten your quit, or explore feelings related to tobacco cessation—even if you haven't committed to quitting yet.</li>
<li>Support for Cravings and Withdrawal: Receive strategies tailored to managing cravings, withdrawal symptoms, stress, or anxiety during your quit journey.</li>
<li>Family and Social Support: Obtain guidance on supporting others who are attempting to quit tobacco.</li>
<li>Medication Guidance: Get advice on selecting appropriate quit medications, understanding proper usage, and managing potential side effects.</li>
<li>Medication Orders: Chat with an EX Coach to request free nicotine patches, gum, or lozenges, which are shipped discreetly to your home.</li>
